We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results\-driven Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand presence and generate business opportunities for our interior design company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing both digital and offline marketing activities, managing social media platforms, coordinating promotional campaigns, and ensuring optimal utilization of the monthly marketing budget.
This role requires someone who can take ownership of marketing initiatives, develop monthly marketing plans, track performance, and continuously identify opportunities to keep the company visible, relevant, and competitive in the market.
- *Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy \& Planning**
- Prepare and present a detailed monthly marketing plan aligned with business goals.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Recommend new marketing initiatives and promotional opportunities.
- Create monthly and quarterly marketing calendars.
- Manage the company's social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and other relevant channels.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
- Coordinate photo shoots and project documentation for marketing purposes.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries when required.
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns within approved budgets.
- Coordinate website updates and SEO initiatives to improve online visibility.
- *Content Creation \& Branding**
- Create marketing content including posts, reels, stories, blogs, newsletters, brochures, and presentations.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing channels.
- Collect and showcase client testimonials, project highlights, and success stories.
- Work with designers, photographers, videographers, and agencies when required.
- *Offline \& Physical Marketing**
- Plan and execute local marketing activities within the allocated budget.
- Coordinate branding materials such as brochures, banners, standees, and promotional items.
- Organize participation in exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and industry gatherings.
- Build relationships with architects, builders, real estate developers, and other referral partners.
- Identify opportunities for local brand visibility and partnerships.
- Prepare and manage monthly marketing budgets.
- Ensure all activities are executed within approved spending limits.
- Track marketing expenses and report ROI for campaigns and initiatives.
- *Lead Generation \& Performance Tracking**
- Generate and nurture leads through various marketing channels.
- Track campaign performance using relevant metrics and reporting tools.
- Maintain marketing reports and present monthly performance reviews.
- Recommend improvements based on campaign results and market feedback.
- *Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in interior design, architecture, construction, real estate, or related industries.
- Freshers with exceptional digital marketing skills and portfolio may also apply.
