MARKETING EXECUTIVE

IAMT Global is looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the EdTech or Education sector.

The candidate should have hands\-on experience in running paid advertisements, generating quality leads and managing digital marketing campaigns to drive student enquiries, registrations and admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns through Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting and optimization.
• Generate quality leads for educational courses and student admissions.
• Monitor campaign performance, CPL, lead quality and conversion rates.
• Manage social media platforms and coordinate content creation, creatives and promotional activities.
• Develop digital marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and student enquiries.
• Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead conversion and admission numbers.
• Track campaign performance and submit regular reports to management.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify new marketing opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
• EdTech or education\-sector experience is highly preferred.
• Must have practical experience in running Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Proven experience in paid lead generation campaigns.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, audience targeting, retargeting and CPL optimization.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong communication, analytical and coordination skills.
• Target\-oriented and capable of managing campaigns independently.

• *Important:** Candidates with only social media management or content creation experience without hands\-on paid advertising and lead generation experience will not be considered.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹22,000\.00 per month
