Marketing Executive

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an energetic Marketing Executive to drive business growth in the industrial automation sector. The role demands field engagement, client interaction, and consistent sales performance.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Generate new business opportunities in industrial automation (PLC, SCADA, Drives, Sensors, etc.)
• Conduct regular field visits, cold calling, and client meetings
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and ensure timely follow\-ups
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Achieve defined sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
• Support marketing activities like exhibitions and campaigns

• *Key Skills Required**

• Basic knowledge of industrial automation products
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of English (spoken \& written)
• Target\-driven and self\-motivated
• Ability to handle clients independently

• *Important Requirements**

• Must be ready to travel extensively for field work
• Candidate should be willing to use their own (native) vehicle for travel

• *Qualifications**

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field
• MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage

• *Preferred Experience**

• 1–3 years in B2B sales, preferably in automation or industrial products
• Freshers with strong communication and willingness to travel can also be considered
