Marketing Executive

VIP Academy is seeking a creative and results\-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our software training programs, increase brand awareness, generate student leads, and support admissions growth. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital marketing, student engagement, and educational promotion.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Generate student leads through digital marketing activities.
• Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create marketing content such as posters, videos, brochures, and advertisements.
• Coordinate with the admissions and sales teams to improve lead conversion.
• Conduct email, WhatsApp, and SMS marketing campaigns.
• Organize seminars, workshops, webinars, and educational events.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Maintain and improve the institute's brand presence.
• Research market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
• Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Content creation and copywriting skills.
• Creative thinking and problem\-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
