Semifront Technologies is an emerging semiconductor company specializing in PCIe technology and advanced silicon design solutions for global clients. With engineering operations in Salt Lake City, Kolkata, and a sales presence in the San Francisco Bay Area, Semifront is part of the FABCI at IIT Hyderabad initiative by MEITY, Government of India.
This internship is for final\-year engineering students (about to graduate) who want to bridge technical expertise with business functions. The focus is on engineering\-driven sales and marketing with supporting exposure to HR/Admin tasks.
You will apply your engineering background to drive sales and marketing in the semiconductor and AI ecosystem while supporting HR/Admin activities.
- **80% focus:** Sales, Marketing \& Technical Outreach
- **20% focus:** HR/Admin support
This is a desk\-based role requiring structured execution with contributions to content, research, automation, and discussions that shape business outcomes.
- *Sales \& Marketing (\~80%)**
- Use AI\-driven tools \& metrics to run campaigns, track leads, and optimize outreach
- Research markets, competitors, and prospects in chip design \& AI
- Create/adapt technical content, case studies, and documentation for customers and partners
- Support sales discussions, prepare presentations, and assist in product positioning
- Translate technical concepts into impactful customer messaging
- Explore light scripting/automation for data handling, reporting, or outreach
- *HR \& Administrative (\~20%)**
- Assist with recruitment tasks (job postings, coordination, scheduling)
- Support onboarding, compliance, and employee records
- Maintain HR trackers, prepare reports, and contribute to internal communication
- Handle occasional administrative coordination
