Marketing Intern

• *The Opportunity**

Be part of Calinova’s growth journey as a Marketing Intern, supporting the marketing team across digital marketing, content, brand building, market research, campaigns and events while gaining hands\-on exposure to marketing in the AI and technology sector.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing and social media activities.
• Support content creation for LinkedIn, social media, websites, blogs, presentations and marketing collateral.
• Assist in managing social media content, scheduling, engagement and basic performance tracking.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and industry research to support marketing initiatives.
• Support lead generation and marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Assist in SEO, email marketing, social media marketing and other digital marketing activities.
• Support the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, conferences, webinars and other marketing activities.
• Assist in preparing presentations, brochures, company profiles, promotional materials and other marketing communications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect information and support content and marketing requirements.
• Track marketing activities, campaign performance, leads, engagement and other relevant metrics.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in AI, technology, digital marketing and related industries.

• *Candidate Profile**

• *Education:** Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media or a related discipline.

• *Experience:** Freshers / 0–1 year of experience in marketing, digital marketing, content creation or a related area.

• Accuracy and timely maintenance of marketing reports and activity trackers.

• *Ideal Candidate Profile**

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and creative early\-career marketing professional with a strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, branding and technology. The candidate should have good communication and research skills, attention to detail, a willingness to learn and the ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

• *Added Advantage:** Exposure to Canva, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, SEO/SEM, email marketing or AI\-powered marketing tools will be an advantage.
