Marketing Manager

• *Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts for a portfolio of baby brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for each baby brand in the portfolio, aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, preferences, and trends, and provide insights to inform marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
• Manage the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, email campaigns, and website updates.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing campaigns, to increase online visibility and drive traffic.
• Analyse marketing campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports to assess effectiveness and ROI.
• Develop and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and monitoring expenditures.
• Build relationships with external partners, suppliers, and influencers to enhance brand presence and reach.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.

• *Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5\+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on consumer goods or baby products preferred.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive marketing decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media advertising, email marketing).
• Creative thinking with a passion for the baby product industry and understanding of parenting trends.
