We are seeking an experienced and results\-driven **Marketing Manage**r to lead our sales initiatives, drive course enrollments, and help expand our reach in safety training and certification programs. The ideal candidate will combine strategic planning, leadership, and customer engagement skills to achieve revenue goals and strengthen our market presence.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive enrollment in safety courses and training programs.
Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and potential corporate clients (B2B) and individual learners (B2C).
Monitor and analyze sales performance, pipeline, forecasts, and key metrics; provide regular reports to senior management.
Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to improve lead conversion and customer experience.
Represent the institute at events, seminars, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
*Requirements:**
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field.
Proven experience in sales management
Minimum **1\-2 Year** Experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadline.
