Marketing Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result\-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and hands\-on experience in both digital and traditional marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid advertising.
• Manage brand positioning, marketing communications, and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, business development, and design teams to improve lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost\-effective campaign execution.
• Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
• Oversee content strategy for websites, social media, blogs, and other marketing materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
• Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
• Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
