We are looking for a result\-oriented Marketing Manager responsible for generating qualified leads, increasing brand awareness, creating product positioning, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Email Marketing.
- Generate qualified demo bookings for all software products.
- Optimize campaign performance and reduce cost per lead.
- Manage website traffic growth and conversion rates.
Content Marketing
- Create and manage content for LinkedIn, blogs, newsletters, case studies, and product updates.
- Develop industry\-specific content for manufacturing, construction, architecture, healthcare, and service businesses.
- Build thought leadership for Credo IT Solutions and its products.
Product Marketing
- Develop product presentations, brochures, sales decks, and case studies.
- Create compelling messaging and positioning for each software product.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates.
Lead Generation
- Generate inbound leads through digital channels.
- Build and manage lead nurturing campaigns.
- Support outbound lead generation activities through LinkedIn and email campaigns.
- Coordinate with the BDM team for lead qualification and conversion.
Brand Building
- Strengthen the Credo IT Solutions brand across digital platforms.
- Manage company social media presence.
- Improve online visibility and market positioning.
Events \& Webinars
- Organize webinars, product demonstrations, and online events.
- Coordinate participation in exhibitions, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Analytics \& Reporting
- Track and report marketing KPIs.
- Monitor campaign ROI and conversion rates.
- Maintain marketing dashboards and performance reports.
- Recommend improvements based on data and market trends.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, and Email Marketing.
- Content creation and copywriting skills.
- Understanding of SaaS marketing and lead generation.
- Basic graphic design and marketing automation knowledge.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred but not mandatory.
- 2\-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, SaaS Marketing, B2B Marketing, or Technology Marketing.
- Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms is preferred.

Success Criteria
The primary objective of the Marketing Manager is to generate a consistent flow of qualified leads and demo bookings, strengthen the Credo IT Solutions brand, and contribute directly to revenue growth through measurable marketing activities.
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
Work Location: In person
