Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all marketing activities to increase brand awareness, generate student leads, improve admissions, and support the growth of the institution. The role involves both digital and offline marketing initiatives, managing campaigns, partnerships, events, and marketing teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing
- Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans.
- Create strategies to achieve admission and revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and student requirements.
- Identify new business and partnership opportunities.
Digital Marketing
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Profile, etc.).
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns.
- Monitor website performance and SEO activities.
- Manage content creation, email marketing, and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and optimize ROI.
Lead Generation \& Admissions Support
- Generate quality leads through online and offline channels.
- Coordinate with academic counselors for lead conversion.
- Monitor lead funnel, conversion rates, and admission targets.
- Develop referral and ambassador programs.
Branding \& Promotion
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Plan promotional campaigns for courses and events.
- Coordinate brochure, banner, video, and creative development.
- Manage public relations and media interactions.
Event Management
- Organize seminars, workshops, webinars, education fairs, and campus events.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, hospitals, and corporate organizations.
- Coordinate outreach programs and career guidance sessions.
Team Management
- Supervise marketing executives, telecallers, and creative teams.
- Assign targets and monitor performance.
- Conduct regular training and review meetings.
- Ensure timely execution of marketing activities.
Reporting \& Analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Monitor KPIs such as leads generated, CPL, conversion rate, and ROI.
- Present performance insights and recommendations to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing preferred.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing are an added advantage.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in marketing.
- Experience in education, training, or skill development sector preferred.
- Proven experience in lead generation and digital marketing.

Compensation Structure (Optional)
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on Experience)

- Monday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
