Marketing Manager

• *About the role**

Full\-time Marketing Manager in Sewri, Mumbai, Maharashtra, within Brand \& Marketing. Lead integrated marketing for a growing café brand to drive acquisition, footfall, repeat visits and brand equity.

• *Key responsibilities**

\- Define positioning, identity, visual guidelines and messaging across stores, packaging and digital channels.

\- Deliver above\-the\-line, below\-the\-line, digital and in\-store campaigns for launches, menus and seasonal promotions.

\- Lead Meta Ads, Google Ads/PPC, local SEO, Google Business Profiles and website marketing; optimise acquisition spend and app downloads where applicable.

\- Direct social storytelling, reels, community engagement and café collateral.

\- Manage PR, influencers, partnerships, launch events and tasting previews.

\- Build catchment\-specific local store marketing and loyalty programmes to grow traffic, retention and average order value.

\- Own budgets, agencies and vendors; monitor CPA, ROAS, promotional ROI, consumer trends and competitors; present monthly leadership dashboards.

• *Requirements**

\- 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience and proven success launching, scaling or rejuvenating consumer\-facing F\&B, QSR or retail hospitality brands. Target backgrounds: café chains, QSR, FMCG, hospitality and F\&B.

\- Strong brand storytelling and full\-funnel performance marketing expertise covering SEO, SEM, paid social and attribution.

\- Practical hyperlocal campaign experience driving store traffic.

\- Proven creative and media agency leadership; cross\-functional coordination with operations, culinary and supply chain teams.

\- Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills; confidence driving board\-level strategy.
