Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a Mechanical Engineering background to lead marketing and business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, expanding market reach, identifying business opportunities, and strengthening the company's position in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate business.
• Identify new markets, industries, and potential customers for company products.
• Lead marketing and business development activities for industrial products.
• Conduct market research and analyse customer requirements and competitor activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product promotions, and customer outreach activities.
• Coordinate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and improve business conversion.
• Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports for management.
• Guide and supervise the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Identify opportunities for market expansion and new business development.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective customer communication and product promotion.
• Develop long\-term marketing plans aligned with the company's business objectives.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.)
• Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (M.E./M.Tech.)

Required Skills

• Strong marketing strategy and business development skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Experience in industrial marketing or B2B marketing.
• Leadership, planning, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of the manufacturing and engineering products industry.

• *Preferred Experience:** Candidates with experience in industrial fans, blowers, steel tubes, engineering products, or related manufacturing industries will be preferred.
