We are seeking a highly creative and result\-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate quality leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, innovative thinking, and the ability to manage both digital and offline marketing campaigns effectively.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, websites, and online advertising channels.
• Create engaging content for social media, brochures, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Manage and strengthen the company's brand identity and market presence.
• Coordinate property launches, promotional events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Generate and nurture leads through strategic marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support lead conversion and customer acquisition.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports with actionable insights.
