• *About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our USA Operations team, with a focus on engaging NRI investors and building our presence in the US market. This is a leadership role responsible for owning marketing strategy, driving investor engagement, and managing a team of Marketing Assistants.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and execute marketing strategies targeted at NRI investors and the US market
• Build and manage relationships with NRI investors interested in Indian real estate
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Marketing Assistants
• Plan, run, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for an international audience
• Work closely with the sales team to convert qualified leads into investor relationships
• Coordinate with founders and leadership on growth strategy and reporting
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports for management

• *What We're Looking For**

• Strong understanding of real estate, ideally with prior experience in real estate marketing, sales, or client relations (preferred, not mandatory)
• Proven marketing experience, with demonstrated ability to plan and execute campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, suited to engaging a US\-based, international audience
• Prior experience leading or mentoring a team is highly preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, early\-stage company environment

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
