Job Description

We are seeking an experienced **Marketing Manager**

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote medical equipment and healthcare solutions.
Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
Coordinate with the sales team to support business development activities and achieve revenue targets.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
Create and manage promotional materials, brochures, presentations, and product literature.
Organize and participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, CME programs, and industry events.
Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, distributors, and healthcare institutions.
Manage digital marketing activities including social media, email marketing, and website promotions.
Track marketing performance, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns based on ROI.
Ensure all marketing communications align with company branding and industry standards.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related field.
4–10 years of marketing experience, preferably in Medical Equipment, Medical Devices, Healthcare, Diagnostics, or Pharma industry.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing and healthcare market dynamics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience in lead generation, brand promotion, and event management.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
