● **Brand \& campaigns** \- Plan and execute seasonal and always\-on campaigns across digital and physical. Brief agencies, own timelines, and make sure the output actually looks like the brand.
● **Catalog shoots \& content** \- End\-to\-end production ownership \- casting, shoot briefs, agency coordination, on\-set art direction, and delivery. Both catalog and editorial\-style content for social and paid.
● **Website \& digital presence** \- Drive the website refresh alongside the design team. Own the product page experience, homepage, and seasonal updates. Basic understanding of e\-commerce is a must.
● **Events \& on\-ground** \- Plan and manage brand activations, pop\-ups, and fan events. Coordinate logistics, vendor relationships, and on\-ground experience end to end.
● **PR \& brand partnerships** \- Build and manage media relationships. Identify and activate brand partnerships that are culturally relevant \- athletes, creators, sports communities, lifestyle brands.
● **Retail presence** \- Support and manage the brand’s physical retail touchpoints. Work with internal teams on in\-store experience, merchandising, and any new retail expansions or shop\-in\-shop formats.
● **Social media management** \- Own the brand’s social presence across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Drive content calendars, community engagement, and platform\-specific strategy aligned to campaign moments.
● **Agency coordination** \- Manage relationships with creative, production, and performance marketing agencies. Brief clearly, track deliverables, and hold partners accountable to quality and timelines.
● 3\-6 years in brand marketing, ideally with experience in fashion, sportswear, lifestyle, or a consumer startup
● You've produced shoots and know how to brief a photographer, cast talent, and manage a production day
● Comfortable with both strategy and execution \- you don't hand things off and wait
● Strong aesthetic sensibility \- you understand what the brand should and shouldn't look like
● Existing relationships with media, creators, or communities in India is a strong plus
● Mumbai\-based or willing to relocate \- this role is on the ground
● Background in or genuine passion for sport \- basketball, football etc
● Experience with licensed or IP\-led brands
