We are looking for a proactive and result\-driven Marketing Manager to oversee App, Online (Digital), and Offline (Showroom/Regional) marketing activities and Scheme Operations. The role focuses on strengthening brand visibility, driving customer engagement, promoting the company’s mobile application, and ensuring effective execution of scheme campaigns across markets.
*Key Responsibilities**
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Prepare marketing plans, campaign calendars, and budgets.
Drive mobile app promotion through digital and showroom initiatives.
Manage digital marketing activities including social media and online campaigns.
Plan and implement promotional campaigns, events, and scheme launches across all markets.
Coordinate with regional/showroom teams for smooth campaign execution.
Lead marketing teams and monitor performance.
Manage vendors and ensure cost\-effective utilization of marketing budgets.
Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and ensure brand consistency.
*Requirements**
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
Minimum 7\+ years of experience in marketing (Retail/Digital preferred).
Strong leadership, analytical, and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of digital marketing tools and campaign management.
