Job Title: Marketing Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and relationship\-driven Marketing Manager responsible for direct institutional visits, service promotion, and market expansion for our educational project services (PhD, MTech, BTech, and other technical domains). The role focuses on building strong relationships with colleges, creating market opportunities, and generating leads through offline engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1\. Institutional Visits \& Promotion
- Conduct regular visits to colleges, universities, and institutions
- Present and promote our educational project services to students and faculty
- Organize awareness sessions, seminars, and workshops
2\. Relationship Building
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HODs, faculty, and placement coordinators
- Act as the company’s representative for institutional partnerships
- Ensure long\-term engagement and repeat opportunities
3\. Market Development \& Expansion
- Identify new institutions and regions for business growth
- Create and expand market presence in assigned territories
- Gather insights on competitor activities and student requirements
4\. Lead Generation \& Support
- Generate qualified student leads through direct interactions
- Coordinate with the in\-house sales team by sharing lead data
- Support conversion activities by ensuring proper follow\-ups
5\. Data Collection \& Reporting
- Collect and maintain data of institutions, students, and opportunities
- Provide structured reports and insights to the in\-house team
- Track visit outcomes, leads generated, and campaign effectiveness
6\. Brand Representation
- Ensure consistent and professional representation of the company
- Promote brand credibility through face\-to\-face engagement
- Manage promotional materials and presentations
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2–6\+ years’ experience in field marketing / institutional sales / education sector
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Willingness to travel extensively
