Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Indian Oil SERVO Lubricants and other automotive products.
• Visit customers, workshops, dealers, and fleet operators to generate new business.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities.
• Coordinate digital marketing activities, including WhatsApp, social media, and email campaigns.

Operations

• Coordinate daily order processing, dispatch, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure timely execution of customer orders.
• Work closely with sales, warehouse, and accounts teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory availability and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly.
• Maintain operational records and prepare daily and weekly reports.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.
• Support management in improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Marketing, Operations, or Sales.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.
• Valid two\-wheeler driving licence is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
