We help people reconnect with themselves and the world around them. Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Marketing \& Sales Manager to lead both brand\-building and revenue\-generating efforts. You will design and execute integrated marketing campaigns, manage the sales funnel, and lead a small team (or work directly with partners) to convert leads into bookings. This role bridges creative storytelling with results\-driven sales strategy. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy (50%) · Develop and execute a multi\-channel marketing plan (SEO, content, social media, email, paid ads, partnerships). · Oversee Sattva Guides’ digital presence: website, blog, Instagram, YouTube, and newsletters. · Create compelling narratives around each guide experience – retreats, tours, or workshops – to attract ideal customers. · Track and report KPIs: traffic, engagement, lead volume, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost (CAC). · Manage marketing budget and allocate spend across channels for maximum ROI. Sales Management (50%) · Own the end\-to\-end sales process: lead qualification, consultative calls, proposal sending, and closing. · Build and maintain a CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce) – track pipeline, follow\-ups, and revenue forecasts. · Set and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets for direct sales and team (if applicable). · Train and support any junior sales or coordinators; develop scripts, objection\-handling guides, and upsell strategies. · Analyze customer feedback and sales data to refine pricing, packages, and marketing messaging. Collaboration · Align marketing campaigns with sales capacity (e.g., ensure lead volume matches team ability to respond). · Work with operations to ensure seamless booking and delivery of guided experiences. · Report directly to leadership on performance, insights, and growth opportunities. Qualifications · Experience: 5\+ years in marketing and/or sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (travel, wellness, hospitality, or experience\-based industry strongly preferred). · Marketing skills: SEO, social ads (Meta/Google), email marketing, analytics (GA4, Meta Insights), and content strategy. · Sales skills: Proven track record of closing B2C or B2B deals (e.g., group retreats, corporate wellness packages). Experience with consultative selling. · Tech stack: CRM proficiency, marketing automation tools (Mailchimp/Klaviyo), basic design (Canva), and project management (Asana/Trello). · Soft skills: Strong leadership, empathy, negotiation, and data\-driven decision making.
