About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and performance\-driven Marketing Specialist – Operations to support and execute digital marketing initiatives, lead generation campaigns, marketing automation programs, and customer engagement strategies.
The ideal candidate should possess hands\-on experience in performance marketing, WhatsApp marketing, marketing automation, chatbot workflows, lead nurturing, campaign optimization, and analytics\-driven decision\-making. This role requires a strong understanding of digital ecosystems and customer journey management to drive measurable business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital \& Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook \& Instagram), LinkedIn, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets, spending, and ROI optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Drive growth marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Conduct A/B testing and campaign experimentation to improve performance metrics.
Marketing Automation \& WhatsApp Marketing
- Plan and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns using WATI and similar automation tools.
- Design automated customer journeys, lead nurturing sequences, and communication workflows.
- Develop chatbot and BOT\-based campaigns to improve customer engagement.
- Integrate marketing automation platforms with CRM systems and lead management processes.
- Monitor automation performance and implement improvements for better customer experience.
Meta Marketing \& BOT Workflow Management
- Manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Create and optimize BOT workflows, lead qualification funnels, and automated response systems.
- Implement remarketing, retargeting, and audience segmentation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve customer communication through automation and AI\-driven engagement tools.
Campaign Planning \& Lead Generation
- Create and execute targeted campaigns for products and business solutions.
- Develop audience segmentation strategies to improve lead quality.
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
- Monitor and optimize marketing funnel performance.
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal initiatives.
Analytics \& Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance using marketing analytics tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering campaign effectiveness, lead generation, ROI, and spend utilization.
- Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance data.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve marketing efficiency and business outcomes.
Required Skills \& Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing.
- Hands\-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and social media advertising.
- Experience with WhatsApp Marketing platforms such as WATI.
- Good understanding of Marketing Automation and CRM workflows.
- Experience with chatbot development, BOT workflows, and automated communication systems.
- Proficiency in campaign budget management and ROI optimization.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and project coordination abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced and target\-driven environment.
- Hands\-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, WATI, and AI Calling Systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B, Retail Technology, SaaS, Industrial, Technology, or Enterprise Marketing.
- Understanding of lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, automation tools, and performance tracking systems.
- Experience working closely with sales teams to generate and convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
