We are looking for a strategic and execution\-driven Marketplace Growth Lead – Commerce India to spearhead brand and seller growth across major third\-party marketplaces including Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, Nykaa and more.
This role is responsible for driving adoption and performance on Fynd Konnect and Fynd Commerce, scaling sellers across marketplace channels, and unlocking incremental revenue through effective up\-selling and cross\-selling of Fynd’s wider product suite. You will lead a team focused on marketplace operations, seller success, and performance management to accelerate GMV, profitability, and ecosystem expansion. **What will you do at Fynd?** **Marketplace Strategy \& Ecosystem Growth*** Build and execute the growth strategy for marketplace success in the Commerce India region.

+ Ensure seamless onboarding, catalog flow, order lifecycle, returns management, and inventory sync.
+ Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to improve speed, SLA adherence, and seller experience.
+ Build strong relationships with marketplace category managers, ecosystem partners, and internal teams.
+ Collaborate with product \& engineering to enhance marketplace and seller\-facing capabilities.
+ Lead, mentor, and scale a high\-performing team across account management, operations, and analytics.
+ Foster a culture of accountability, agility, ownership, and continuous improvement.
