• Design and develop various conveyor systems (belt, roller, chain, screw, etc.) and related components as per project and client requirements.
• R\&D for new product development.
• Conduct feasibility studies, perform complex engineering calculations (e.g., load analysis, drive sizing, power transmission), and evaluate the viability of design concepts.
• Create detailed 2D/3D models, engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics using CAD software such as SolidWorks, Solid Edge, AutoCAD, or Inventor.
• Generate accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and detailed technical specifications for procurement and manufacturing teams.
• Collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams including project managers, electrical engineers, manufacturing personnel, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and integration.
• Provide technical support during manufacturing, installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
• Troubleshoot design issues and propose effective solutions to improve the performance, cost\-efficiency, and reliability of existing systems.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all design revisions, test results, and project records.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is required.
• **Experience:** \[3\+] years of proven experience in designing conveyor systems or material handling equipment.
• **Technical Proficiency:**
• Expertise in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Solid Edge, AutoCAD, Inventor, UG NX).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, structural design, GD\&T, and fabrication techniques.
• Familiarity with industry\-specific standards related to conveyor design, capacity, and safety.
