• High level of competency for Chemical , mechanical testings .
• Zero major non\-conformities during lab audits ( internal and external audits) .
• Laboratory turnaround time (TAT) achieved as per targets.
• 100% on\-time equipment calibration and preventive maintenance.
• Satisfactory performance in PT/ILC programs.
• Staff competency and training completion.( as per training calender \& OJT requirements )
• Reduction in testing errors, repeat tests, and customer complaints.
• High laboratory utilization and productivity.
• Full compliance with safety and environmental requirements.
