Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

• **Perform maintenance:** Carry out continuous routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance on plants and machinery to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
• **Troubleshoot and repair:** Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions and failures to restore them to an operational status.
• **Install and upgrade:** Install new equipment and oversee the removal of outdated machinery.
• **Manage and document:** Manage stocks of spare parts, order specialist components, and maintain detailed records of maintenance and repairs.
• **Collaborate:** Work with other engineers and technical staff, and may supervise contractors.
• **Problem\-solving:** Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
• **Physical ability:** Ability to lift heavy objects and work in environments with heavy machinery.
