Mechanical Operation Executive

• *Department:** Mechanical / Plant \& Machinery
• *Experience:** 0–2 Years
• *Qualification:** Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• *Location:** Head Office / Project Sites

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Coordinate daily operations of construction equipment, machinery and vehicles.
• Maintain records of machinery deployment, utilization, breakdowns and maintenance.
• Coordinate with site teams for equipment requirements and availability.
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.
• Maintain fuel consumption, equipment logbooks and operational reports.
• Coordinate with vendors for machinery repairs, spare parts and servicing.
• Assist in tracking equipment movement between project sites.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of mechanical operations.

• *Required Skills:**

• Basic knowledge of construction machinery, equipment and maintenance.
• Good coordination, communication and reporting skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Basic understanding of equipment utilization and fuel management.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

• *Candidates with good technical knowledge and a willingness to learn are preferred.**
