Media Buyer & Creative Strategist

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a creative and data\-driven Media Buyer \& Creative Strategist to support our digital advertising campaigns. The candidate will handle Meta Ads execution, develop creative strategies, write ad copies, and coordinate with design and video teams to improve campaign performance.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Set up, launch, and monitor Meta Ads campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts, ad angles, hooks, and engaging ad copies.
• Write scripts for Reels, Stories, and short\-form video advertisements.
• Research competitor advertisements using Meta Ad Library.
• Coordinate with designers and video editors for creative execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics such as CTR, CPL, and ROAS.
• Assist with A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and ad copies.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and suggest improvements.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 1–2 years of experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, digital marketing, or copywriting.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong English writing and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of digital advertising metrics and campaign performance.
• Good creative thinking and visual sense.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, English, or a related field.

• *Preferred Tools**

Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, Claude, Notion, and Google Sheets.

• *Key Expectations**

• Build and maintain a library of effective ad creatives.
• Ensure timely campaign execution and creative coordination.
• Develop the ability to independently manage advertising campaigns within 12–18 months.
