About the Role
TFG is seeking an experienced and results\-driven Media Sales Manager to lead advertising sales, media partnerships, sponsorships, branded content, and content production revenue across Delhi NCR and North India. The role focuses on generating business from brands, corporates, agencies, government organizations, and event organizers by offering integrated media, advertising, documentary, video production, and content marketing solutions.
The ideal candidate should have a strong network within the media, advertising, marketing, and corporate ecosystem and a proven ability to develop strategic partnerships and close high\-value deals.
Key ResponsibilitiesMedia Sales \& Revenue Generation
- Drive revenue growth through advertising sales, media partnerships, sponsorships, and branded content opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Sell integrated media solutions across digital, social media, branded content, event properties, corporate communications, and content production platforms.
- Identify new business opportunities and create customized media solutions for clients.
Advertising \& Brand Partnerships
- Generate advertising revenue from corporate brands, startups, government organizations, educational institutions, and agencies.
- Develop sponsorship and branding opportunities for events, conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, and corporate programs.
- Negotiate and close advertising campaigns, sponsorship agreements, and media partnerships.
- Work with brands to design effective visibility, engagement, and promotional campaigns.
Documentary, Corporate Film \& Content Sales
- Promote documentary filmmaking, corporate films, CSR films, promotional videos, training videos, leadership interviews, and brand storytelling solutions.
- Generate business for photography, videography, live streaming, podcasts, and digital content production services.
- Identify opportunities within corporate communications, marketing, HR, CSR, public relations, and government departments.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to develop customized content solutions.
Client Acquisition \& Relationship Management

- Identify opportunities for co\-branded campaigns, sponsored content, and media collaborations.
- Expand TFG's media footprint and visibility across target industries and markets.
- Explore new revenue streams through innovative media and content offerings.
Market Intelligence \& Reporting
- Monitor industry trends, advertising spends, media consumption patterns, and competitor activities.
- Maintain sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business performance metrics.
- Provide market insights to support product development and business growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Journalism, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Media Management is preferred.
- 4–8 years of experience in Media Sales, Advertising Sales, Sponsorship Sales, Brand Partnerships, Business Development, or Corporate Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing key client accounts.
- Strong understanding of advertising, media planning, sponsorships, content marketing, and branded content solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
