We are seeking a dynamic, result\-oriented Marketing Executive to drive our market presence and expand our footprint.
We are looking for a seasoned **Medical Device Marketing Executive** with a minimum of **3 years of experience** in hospital sales and medical device marketing. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing a diverse portfolio, ranging from daily hospital consumables (gloves, masks, advanced wound care) to high\-tech medical machinery (lasers and specialized clinical equipment).
- **Market Penetration:** Promote and sell our comprehensive product portfolio to hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and surgical centers.
- **Key Account Management:** Build and maintain strong, long\-term relationships with hospital procurement teams, surgeons, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and healthcare administrators.
- **Product Demonstration:** Conduct professional presentations and live demonstrations of advanced medical machinery to clinical staff and specialists.
- **Sales Strategy:** Develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- **Market Intelligence:** Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and market trends to identify new business opportunities.

You will be responsible for driving the marketing and sales of two distinct segments:
- *Segment A: Hospital Consumables \& Surgical ProductsSegment B: Advanced Medical Machinery**\* Personal Protective Equipment (Masks, Gloves)\* **Cryo S Painless** (Cryotherapy/Pain Management)\* Surgical Products \& Consumables\* **Swing Diode Laser Machine**\* Advanced Wound Management (Bandages, Dressings)\* **Bo Max Machine**
- *Job Requirements \& Qualifications**
- **Experience:** Minimum **3\+ years of active experience** specifically in medical device marketing and hospital sales (**Mandatory**).
- **Network:** An existing, strong network of contacts with hospitals, doctors, and procurement departments in the designated territory.
- **Technical Aptitude:** Ability to understand and effectively explain the technical and clinical benefits of advanced biomedical machinery.
- **Skills:** Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills. Self\-motivated with a hunger for field sales.
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Bio\-Medical Engineering, Pharma, or a related science field is preferred.
- **Travel:** Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory for client meetings and product demos.
Pay: ₹8,953\.94 \- ₹48,624\.20 per month
