Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented Medical Representative to promote our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and drive prescription generation within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer\-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to doctors, specialists, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to increase product awareness and prescriptions.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
Conduct regular doctor visits, chemist visits, and hospital coverage as per company norms.
Organize CMEs, product presentations, and promotional activities.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
Ensure product availability by coordinating with distributors and pharmacies.
Submit daily call reports, expense reports, and sales reports on time.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and territory activities.
Adhere to company policies, ethical promotion practices, and industry regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Prior pharmaceutical sales experience is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
