Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth for genomics / molecular diagnostics products
Build and manage relationships with hospitals, labs, and clinicians
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
Achieve monthly \& quarterly sales targets
Lead, train, and monitor field sales team performance
Coordinate with marketing \& operations for smooth execution
Track competition and market trends
Requirements
3–8 years of sales experience in diagnostics / genomics / healthcare
Strong network with doctors, hospitals, and labs
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Excellent communication \& team management skills
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
Job Type: Full\-time
Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
