Production Manager – (Mobile/Assembly)

Looking for a **Production Manager** with experience in **mobile phone manufacturing/assembly operations** to lead production activities, ensure timely delivery, maintain quality standards, and drive operational excellence. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, line balancing, manpower management, productivity improvement, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end\-to\-end mobile handset assembly and production operations.
• Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
• Monitor SMT, assembly, testing, packing, and dispatch processes.
• Implement line balancing and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
• Analyze production KPIs, downtime, rejection rates, and efficiency metrics.
• Ensure compliance with ESD, safety, and quality standards.
• Train and lead production supervisors and operators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
• 6–12 years of experience in mobile manufacturing, EMS, or electronics assembly.
• Strong knowledge of SMT, PCB assembly, mobile handset production, and quality systems.
• Experience in manpower planning, lean manufacturing, and process improvement.
• Excellent leadership and problem\-solving skills.

Pay: ₹70,000\.00 \- ₹90,000\.00 per month
