A **Medical Representative (MR)** is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. They act as the link between pharmaceutical companies and healthcare providers.

• Promote and explain pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Meet sales targets and achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers.
• Arrange and conduct product presentations and promotional activities.
• Visit hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies regularly according to a planned schedule.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales, and orders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Attend training programs, sales meetings, and product launches.
