Job Description

Supreme Hospital Furniture is looking for experienced and target\-oriented Medical Representatives (MR) to promote and sell hospital furniture, surgical and healthcare\-related products across Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.

The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, conducting field visits and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

\- Promote and sell hospital furniture and healthcare products.

\- Visit hospitals, doctors, healthcare institutions and dealers.

\- Develop new customers and generate business leads.

\- Maintain relationships with existing customers.

\- Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings.

\- Achieve monthly and assigned sales targets.

\- Identify new business and market opportunities.

\- Prepare daily sales and performance reports.

\- Coordinate with the sales team and monitor field activities.

\- Guide and support team members wherever required.

Candidate Requirements

\- 2–4 years of relevant sales experience.

\- Experience in field sales and business development.

\- Strong negotiation and sales skills.

\- Target\-oriented and self\-motivated.

\- Team handling experience will be an added advantage.

\- Must be willing to travel across Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.

Additional Information

\- 100% Field Sales Profile.

\- Regular travel across MP \& CG is required.

\- Petrol expenses as per company policy.
