We are seeking a proactive, organized, and member\-focused professional to join our team as a Member Benefits \& Support Coordinator. This role will be responsible for supporting Our members by assisting with benefit programs, responding to inquiries, coordinating with partners/vendors, and ensuring an exceptional member experience.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong follow\-up abilities, customer service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Respond to member inquiries regarding available benefits, programs, and support resources.
- Assist members with registrations, enrollments, and access to partner services.
- Maintain accurate records of member participation, benefit utilization, and support requests.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and service providers to resolve member issues promptly.
- Support webinars, workshops, and informational sessions for members.
- Prepare communication materials, newsletters, announcements, and benefit updates.
- Follow up with members to ensure timely resolution of support tickets and inquiries.
- Track member feedback and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Assist in onboarding new members by explaining available benefits and resources.
- Maintain vendor databases, partnership documents, and member support records.
- Generate monthly reports on member engagement, support activities, and benefit utilization.
- Collaborate with Membership, Sponsorship, Operations, and Chapter teams to improve member value.
- Ensure professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy while handling member information.
- Support special projects and organizational initiatives as assigned.
- *Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in customer support, membership services, client relations, operations coordination, or similar roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer\-focused mindset with strong relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage follow\-ups effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience working with CRM systems or ticketing platforms is preferred.
- Experience in nonprofit associations, membership organizations, event coordination, or customer success roles.
- Familiarity with Zoom/Webinar platforms and email communication tools.
- Strong reporting and documentation capabilities.
