Sales and Revenue Growth
1\. Membership Sales: Generate new membership sales through prospecting, lead generation, and conversion ofleads into sales.
2\. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall salesperformance of the club.
3\. Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross\-sell Fitness First services, including personal training,group fitness, and membership upgrades.
Sales Administration and Reporting
1\. Sales Administration: Manage sales administration tasks, including data entry, lead management, and salesreporting.
2\. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager, highlighting sales performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
