Oversee installation and execution of **HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Stack \& Tower Parking, ELV systems, External Façade Lighting, DG, STP**, and other MEP services.
Ensure work execution aligns with approved drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with internal teams (civil, finishing, etc.) for smooth project integration.
Inspect and test materials received on\-site to ensure compliance with BOQs and purchase orders.
Review and approve **MEP shop drawings** in coordination with consultants.
Raise indents for MEP materials and maintain accurate stock statements.
Conduct material reconciliation and track usage.
Review consultant drawings and raise RFIs where necessary.
Maintain daily progress reports and update the Project Manager.
Ensure compliance with **local codes, NBC, IS standards, and client requirements**.
*Qualifications \& Skills:**
Diploma / B.E. in **Electrical or Mechanical Engineering**.
Strong knowledge of **Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems**.
Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and schematics.
Experience in **high\-rise residential or commercial real estate projects**.
Excellent coordination, supervision, and problem\-solving skills.
Knowledge of **IS standards, NBC codes, and safety regulations**.
