Job Description

*Key Responsibilities**

Create and manage Facebook \& Instagram ad campaigns
Generate quality leads and improve campaign performance
Conduct audience research and competitor analysis
Monitor daily ad performance, budgets, and ROAS
Perform A/B testing for creatives, copies, and audiences
Track campaign results using Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools
Coordinate with the creative and content team for ad creatives
Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads trends and algorithm updates

*Requirements**

Minimum 1 year of experience in Meta Ads
Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager
Understanding of targeting, retargeting, and conversion campaigns
Basic knowledge of Canva/creative coordination is a plus
Good analytical and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
