Meta Ads Executive

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Create and manage Facebook \& Instagram ad campaigns
• Generate quality leads and improve campaign performance
• Conduct audience research and competitor analysis
• Monitor daily ad performance, budgets, and ROAS
• Perform A/B testing for creatives, copies, and audiences
• Track campaign results using Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools
• Coordinate with the creative and content team for ad creatives
• Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads trends and algorithm updates

• *Requirements**

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Meta Ads
• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager
• Understanding of targeting, retargeting, and conversion campaigns
• Basic knowledge of Canva/creative coordination is a plus
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
