### **Key Responsibilities**
+ Plan, set up, and launch campaigns across Meta (Facebook Instagram)
+ Execute different campaign types (conversion, lead gen, traffic, retargeting, etc.)
+ Ensure proper tracking, pixel setup, and event mapping
+ Pull and analyze performance data from Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics
+ Track key metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and identify optimization opportunities
+ Build regular performance reports with actionable insights
+ Translate performance data into clear creative briefs
+ Collaborate with design/content teams to improve ad creatives
+ Continuously iterate based on what’s working (hooks, formats, messaging)
+ Manage daily and monthly ad spends efficiently
+ Optimize campaigns to improve performance and reduce costs
+ Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency
+ Monitor campaign health and troubleshoot issues
+ Maintain structured ad account setup and naming conventions
+ Stay updated with Meta platform changes and best practices
### **About the Role**
We’re looking for a performance\-driven Meta Ads Executive with 3 years \+ of hands\-on experience in managing and scaling paid campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who understands both execution and analysis, and can bridge the gap between performance marketing and creative strategy.
