Meta Ads Executive

### **Key Responsibilities**

• **Campaign Setup Execution**

+ Plan, set up, and launch campaigns across Meta (Facebook Instagram)

+ Execute different campaign types (conversion, lead gen, traffic, retargeting, etc.)

+ Ensure proper tracking, pixel setup, and event mapping

• **Analytics Reporting**

+ Pull and analyze performance data from Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics

+ Track key metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and identify optimization opportunities

+ Build regular performance reports with actionable insights

• **Creative Briefing**

+ Translate performance data into clear creative briefs

+ Collaborate with design/content teams to improve ad creatives

+ Continuously iterate based on what’s working (hooks, formats, messaging)

• **Budgeting Scaling**

+ Manage daily and monthly ad spends efficiently

+ Optimize campaigns to improve performance and reduce costs

+ Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency

• **Account Management**

+ Monitor campaign health and troubleshoot issues

+ Maintain structured ad account setup and naming conventions

+ Stay updated with Meta platform changes and best practices

• *Qualification**

• 1–3 years of experience in Meta Ads (Facebook Instagram)
• Hands\-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort in numbers and data interpretation
• Basic understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution
• Ability to write clear, structured creative briefs
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to work from the office in Greater Kailash, New Delhi (3 days/week)
• Meta Certifications would be a plus point.
