ob Overview: We are urgently hiring a highly skilled Meta Ads to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in driving ROI, scaling ad campaigns, and achieving business objectives through performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities: Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) advertising campaigns. Develop audience targeting strategies including lookalike and custom audiences. Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Ads Manager \& Analytics tools. Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, conversions, and lead generation. Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads trends, policies, and best practices. Prepare weekly/monthly reports with performance insights and recommendations.

Requirements: Strong understanding of Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking. Expertise in campaign optimization for leads, sales, and brand awareness. Hands\-on experience with budget scaling and high\-performing campaigns. Knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools is a plus. Strong analytical, creative, and problem\-solving skills.
