Meta Ads Specialist

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Assist in creating and managing Facebook \& Instagram ad campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
• Help with audience research and targeting.
• Coordinate with the design and content teams to create ad creatives.
• Track campaign metrics such as reach, clicks, leads, and conversions.
• Perform basic A/B testing under guidance.
• Stay updated with Meta Ads trends and digital marketing best practices.

• *Required Skills**

• Basic knowledge of Meta (Facebook \& Instagram) Ads.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
