Job Description

We are looking for graduate candidates for the Metropolis BTB Customer Support process at our Thane location.

Candidates should have basic computer knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to handle day\-to\-day business\-related queries and process activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer and business\-related queries.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams.
• Maintain and update records accurately.
• Follow assigned process guidelines and procedures.
• Coordinate with relevant departments when required.
• Complete daily assigned tasks within timelines.

Requirements

• Graduate from a recognized university.
• Freshers can apply.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team.

Salary
