MIS Analyst

Responsible for the production and reporting of strategic analytics that support all business

units. Serves as an advisor to the management team, ensuring that teams / business units have the right information to make date\-driven decisions.

Job Responsibilities

● MIS Management: Developing, implementing, and maintaining Management Information Systems to collect, analyze, and present data for decision\-making

● Ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of data within the MIS

● Data Analysis: Analyzing data and generating reports to provide insights and support decision\-making processes

● Identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring them regularly

● Providing recommendations for process improvements and organizational growth

● Strategic Planning: Contributing to the development of strategic plans and initiatives based on MIS data and insights

● Ensuring that projects, tasks, and initiatives align with the organization's goals and objectives

● Project Management: Managing and coordinating various projects and initiatives to ensure they are executed on time and within budget

● Tracking project progress and addressing any issues or delays

● Coordination: Facilitating communication and collaboration between different departments and teams within the organization

● Strong Excel ,PowerPoint and Analytical skills

● Excellent communication skills and should be able to communicate at senior management level

Experience

● Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in MIS
