Key Responsibilities \-
Coordinate daily orders from distributors, super Stuckists, and modern trade Support field sales team (ASM/SE/TSI) with order status, schemes, and pricing updates Share order confirmations and dispatch details with distributors
Prepare sales orders, proforma invoices, and dispatch instructions Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics for timely dispatch Track vehicle movement, delivery status, and shortages/claims
Maintain updated price lists, trade schemes, discounts, and slabs Ensure correct scheme application in billing and avoid rate discrepancies Coordinate approvals for special rates, credit notes, and claims
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS: Primary sales Dispatch reports Distributor\-wise outstanding \& aging Support sales reviews, targets tracking, and performance analysis
Coordinate with accounts team for billing, credit limits, and collections Share outstanding statements with distributors and follow up for paymentsupport debit note / credit note reconciliation
Coordinate expiry, damage, and shortage claims as per company policy Maintain records of returns, replacements, and claim settlements
Strong coordination and follow\-up skills
Good understanding of FMCG distribution and sales cycle
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred), Word, Email
Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Marg / other FMCG ERP)
Ability to handle high\-volume, fast\-moving orders accurately
1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales back office / commercial operations Experience handling distributors, schemes, and high SKU volumes preferred
Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
