### **Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled **AI Engineer** with strong Python development expertise and hands\-on experience in building **LLM\-based Multi\-Agent solutions**. The ideal candidate will work closely with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to design, develop, deploy, and optimize AI applications for the **US Healthcare domain**, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance.

### **Mandatory Skills**

• 3\-6 years of backend development experience with strong proficiency in **Python**.
• Minimum 2 years of hands\-on experience developing applications using **Large Language Models (LLMs)**.
• Strong experience in **LangChain** and **LangGraph**.
• Experience building and orchestrating **Multi\-Agent AI workflows**.
• Expertise in developing **REST APIs**, backend services, and workflow automation.
• Strong knowledge of **Prompt Engineering** and Agent Instruction Design.
• Experience optimizing LLM applications for **latency, cost, and token efficiency**.
• Proficiency in debugging, error handling, memory management, and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, testing, and deployment.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
