That means more growth for you, exciting learning opportunities, career choices and the chance to make a real impact. **Role overview** * Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise\-scale monitoring, observability, and data management capabilities leveraging AI and Agentic AI frameworks. * Drive proactive IT operations through intelligent, data\-driven decision\-making, improving service reliability, reducing incidents, and optimizing cost. * Partner across product, engineering, and business functions to deliver scalable, high\-impact solutions. **Key Responsibilities** * Define and execute the global roadmap for monitoring, observability, and data management aligned to enterprise technology strategy and evolving market trends. * Lead the development of innovative AI/ML and Agentic AI\-driven solutions to enhance infrastructure operations, predictive analytics, and autonomous remediation. * Continuously assess industry trends, emerging technologies, and vendor capabilities to ensure the organization remains ahead of the curve. * Architect and deliver enterprise\-wide observability platforms integrating metrics, logs, traces, and AI insights across hybrid and cloud environments. * Lead cross\-functional design workshops with internal stakeholders and external partners to conceptualize scalable, future\-ready solutions. * Ensure seamless integration across the enterprise tool ecosystem, eliminating duplication and improving interoperability. * Act as a strategic partner to infrastructure, product, and service teams to translate business needs into actionable observability and data solutions. * Collaborate closely with vendors, CT, Infosec, and external partners to co\-develop and deploy innovative capabilities. * Engage senior leadership to align initiatives with business objectives and drive transformation outcomes. * Own end\-to\-end availability, performance, and reliability of monitoring and data platforms in production environments. * Establish proactive monitoring frameworks to detect and resolve issues before they impact end users, driving a “Zero Incident” culture. * Implement AI\-driven automations across Incident, Problem, and Change Management, including automated RCA and predictive analytics. * Manage platform security risks by continuously assessing vulnerabilities, driving timely remediation, and ensuring compliance with enterprise security standards. * Design and maintain robust High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies to ensure business continuity and resilience of all monitoring and data solutions. * Drive enterprise\-wide adoption of AI\-driven solutions through campaigns, roadshows, and structured training programs. * Define and track adoption KPIs, continuously improving strategies to maximize business value realization. * Empower onsite and regional IT teams with AI\-enabled tools and data\-driven insights. * Define and implement measurable metrics to quantify business impact (e.g., incident reduction, service availability, cost efficiency). * Build advanced analytics frameworks for data\-driven decision\-making and continuous improvement. * Deliver measurable cost savings through AI, automation, and optimization initiatives. * Own and manage the global budget for monitoring and data initiatives, ensuring alignment with financial targets. * Optimize investment decisions, ensuring strong ROI across programs and tools. * Oversee governance of the project portfolio, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment. * Lead a portfolio of global programs and projects, ensuring adherence to milestones, quality benchmarks, and business outcomes. * Supervise project managers and delivery teams, ensuring execution discipline and consistency. * Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies using automation and analytics. * Build and lead a high\-performing global team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration. * Drive organization\-wide initiatives such as the Zero Incident Framework using AI\-led prevention and automation. * Rationalize and optimize the enterprise tools landscape, ensuring integration and eliminating redundancies. **Core Competencies** * Enterprise Observability \& Monitoring Platforms * AI/ML \& Agentic AI for IT Operations (AIOps) * Data Management, Analytics \& Visualization * Global Program \& Portfolio Management * Financial \& Vendor Management * Stakeholder Engagement \& Executive Communication * Organizational Leadership \& Talent Development **Skills and attributes for success** * Well experienced in managing key Stakeholder relationships, including Senior Management. * Should possess good working knowledge about IT Operations and IT practices. * Can work with minimum direction.
