We are looking for a talented Motion Graphics Designer to create compelling motion content for both our social media channels and performance marketing campaigns. Working with our team, you’ll develop engaging animations, motion graphics, and visual storytelling assets across various platforms, ensuring they are visually appealing, trend\-driven, and aligned with our brand identity.
- *Roles and Responsibilities:**
- Create and produce engaging motion graphics content for social media platforms, brand campaigns, and performance marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the social media, content, creative, and performance marketing teams to develop assets that drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
- Adapt and optimize motion content based on performance insights, platform best practices, and audience engagement trends.
- Apply storytelling, animation, and design principles to effectively communicate brand and product messaging.
- Design animated typography, transitions, visual effects, and motion\-led storytelling for reels, ads, campaigns, product launches, and brand content.
- Ensure quick turnaround on motion graphic assets while maintaining creative quality and consistency.
- Leverage AI\-powered creative tools to enhance ideation, asset generation, animation workflows, and content production.
- Stay updated on social media trends, digital content formats, emerging AI tools, animation styles, and motion design techniques.
- 2\+ years of motion graphics experience with a focus on social media content, digital advertising, or D2C brands.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, timing, typography, and composition.
- Proficiency in AI\-powered creative tools such as Seedance 2\.0, Kling, Veo, Nano Banana, Claude, ChatGPT, and other emerging generative AI platforms.
- Experience using AI tools to create, enhance, animate, edit, and optimize creative assets for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Creative vision and attention to detail, especially in animation, transitions, typography, and visual effects.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with marketing, content, and design teams.
- A portfolio showcasing motion graphics work across social media content, digital campaigns, and performance\-driven creatives.
- Experience working with D2C brands, social media teams, or performance marketing teams.
- Familiarity with AI\-assisted video generation, image generation, and creative automation workflows.
- Basic video editing and sound design skills.
- Understanding of social media content trends across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Knowledge of video marketing metrics and the ability to iterate creative assets based on performance.
Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
