About the Role
Raise India Foundation is seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented MSME Executive to build and strengthen partnerships with Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential corporate partners, generating leads, building relationships, and securing fundraising opportunities to support the organization's social impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with MSMEs for fundraising, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities.
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, meetings, and networking activities.
- Reach out to a minimum of 20 companies per day for data collection, lead generation, and partnership discussions.
- Develop and maintain a database of prospective MSME partners.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with decision\-makers and key stakeholders.
- Present the organization's projects and fundraising proposals effectively.
- Build long\-term relationships with corporate partners and donors.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, follow\-ups, and partnership outcomes.
- Achieve monthly fundraising and partnership targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership commitments.
Required Qualifications \& Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MSME fundraising, corporate partnerships, CSR fundraising, or business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship\-management abilities.
- Self\-motivated, disciplined, and target\-driven professional.
- Good knowledge of the MSME sector and corporate engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/database management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Minimum 20 MSME outreach interactions per day.
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Number of meetings scheduled and conducted.
- Fundraising commitments and partnerships secured.
- Quality and accuracy of lead database management.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working with NGOs, CSR initiatives, or fundraising campaigns.
- Strong network within the MSME ecosystem.
- Passion for social impact and community development.
